Daughter of ? Weldon & George Franklin Webster of Paxton, FL. Her mother died when she was very small and was raised by her father and sisters, Mattie Lou, Polly, Lucy, and brother Jack. Wife of Franklin Floyd, Jr. Mother of Frank III & Bobby. Born and raised in Paxton, FL. Attended school there and graduated from Paxton High School as well as FSCW in Tallahassee, FL. While in FSCW she met and married the love of her life, Franklin and moved to Waukeenah. Nell taught school in Waukeenah in 1941-42, part of 1943 and 1943-44. She retired after 33 years of teaching. The last 10, she spent in Administration. Great Cook–always making cakes, cookies and candies for her family and to share with others. Known for her generosity and for helping others.
