Noted Chemist and Nuclear Engineer. Son of John Wethington, Sr. Husband of Kathryn Wethington. Owned the Wethington Plantation land in Jefferson County just South of Waukeenah until his death. Lived in Gainesville, FL and would come to Waukeenah quite often. Loved the home place. Supporter of the WUMC Cemetery.
